DRF4432S is a low-cost sub-1 GHz transceiver module designed for operations in the unlicensed ISM (Industrial Scientific Medical) and LPRD bands. GFSK (Frequency Shift Keying) modulation/demodulation, multi-channel operation, high bandwidth efficiency and anti-blocking performance make DRF4432S modules easy to realize the robust and reliable wireless link.
DRA818V is a type of compact wireless voice transceiver module based on RFIC RDA1846 and works in VHF band. It integrates high speed microcontroller, high performance wireless transceiver IC, high power PA, audio process and squelching circuits. It provides standard UART interface which users can easily configure appropriate parameters for different applications. Users can easily construct a walkie-talkie system by connecting microphone, audio PA and speaker.

DRF4431F13 is a type of low cost RF front-end transceiver module based on SI4431 from Silicon labs. It keeps all the advantages of RFIC SI4431 but simplifies the circuit design. The high sensitivity (-121dBm) and 13dBm output power make the module suitable for most short range applications.

DRF4431F27 is a type of 868Mhz 500mW high power RF front-end transceiver module based on SI4431 from Silicon labs. LNA and PA are added in order to achieve the longest distance.

DRF1101F is a 433MHz 10dBm low cost RF front-end transceiver module based on CC1101 from Texas Instruments. It keeps all the advantages of RFIC CC1101 but simplifies the RF circuit design. DRF1101F module consists of RFIC CC1101, thin SMD crystal and antenna matching circuit. The antenna port is well matched to standard 50 Ohm impedance. Users don't need to spend time in RF circuit design and choose suitable antenna for different applications.
